CYCLE INTENSIVE FEB 2023

Do you want to guide others through this electrifying experience too? YOU CAN! It all begins
with the desire to level up your own fitness + learn.

Our Cycle Intensive program is open for registration in which you will cultivate the skills for—

RIDERSHIP + SAFETY
MUSICALITY + PLAYLISTING
VOCALIZATION + SHOWMANSHIP
BODY CUEING + MORE

In 4 weeks you will receive over 40 hours of hands on training from our staff and owner Kim
Evans.

In addition, you’ll receive unlimited access to an online platform designed to deepen your
current knowledge and reference in the future as needed. Built in learning checks will provide
instant feedback on your understanding of the training materials.

You will complete our intensive with the ability to fully execute a rhythmic cycle session! You
may even co-lead with our staff as well. This is a general training that is relevant to any cycle
studio or gym and is not for employment at SpoonMoon, although that may result. Registration
will close Friday Jan 27 at midnight. We only have 10 spots, so jump on it! It’s time to step into
your dreams + rise to the next level.

This is the next step for anyone feeling stagnant in their fitness journey, ready to awaken their
soul, and become a leader. The greatest joy instructors receive from instructing isn’t in the
physical ride, it’s connecting with our riders and becoming a large part of their daily lives.

WEDNESDAY FEB 1 – SUNDAY FEB 26
We meet on Wednesday evenings, Sunday mornings, and practice is necessary during the
week.
