Ground yourself in the alchemy of effort and complete surrender by learning to stabilize your body through a heated flow of yoga LIIT combined with strength tools.  Centering the mind and body while reaching for your limits.  |45 minutes, 87+ degrees|

DEFINE  // pilates blend

Heavily weighted upper body with small muscle movements through hip, glute, and core to increase mobility, stability, + strength to DEFINE your body through Pilates, Yoga, and Barre concepts.  All done on the mats while ankle weights are encouraged and available for purchase. |45 minutes, 87+ degrees|

GRAVITY SCULPT//

suspension barre blend

Low impact movements using TRX suspension straps, that will strengthen your core, improve posture, and increase flexibility. Inspired by barre movements that focus on small, conrolled motions to tone and lengthen muscles partnered with Pilates components to tone and sculpt. 

Our traditional four block format to engage the entire body for a burn like no other!

Leggings and sticky socks recommended.|45 minutes, 87+ degrees | 

what to know // 

For your first class, please arrive fifteen minutes prior to the start so our team can privately introduce you to our space and equipment. We offer complimentary Shimano SPD clip-in cycle shoes, towel service, and ear plugs as needed. Lockers |BYOL bring your own lock| are provided to safely store belongings, and showers are available for a rejuvenating post-workout rinse.   We recommend wearing leggings or tight fitting shorts for cycle sessions and tennis shoes for our hiit formats.  Water is available for purchase.

Heat disclaimer:

We heat our studio rooms with a mix of forced heat and infrared heat to reach a temperature of 86+ degrees.  We encourage extra water, stepping out to breathe as needed, and closely monitoring your heart rate and body signals as you acclimate to the increased temperature over your first 2 weeks.
